Operation & Marketing Internship
A hands-on experience of working within the operations department at de Castellane Creative. You will be directly trained and reporting to the Operations Manager, while also interacting and working with many key members within our organization.This internship helps you gain broad experience in operations management, project management, and client relations. Operating elements will include both client delivery and internal operations
A Day in the Life
On your in-office days, you will arrive at the office by 10:30 and after checking your emails, you will complete your daily tasks assigned to you by the Operations Director- Your tasks will be composed of a mix of internal and external (client) administrative, and operational elements. After completion of your assigned tasks, you will work helping the delivery staff with coordination, attend meetings and potentially help with system design and analysis for maximum efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Preferred knowledge of social media advertising
Preferred knowledge of Hubspot
Flexible schedules are available that consist of 10 - 20 hours per week for 10 - 12 weeks. Hours must be scheduled during regular business hours (Monday – Friday between 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.). It is needless to say that interns able to schedule the maximum hours/duration listed for the internship typically gain a more in-depth experience.
