At de Castellane Creative, our approach to sales is unorthodox, we believe in creating genuine relationships, and each client receives a boutique experience tailored specifically to them and their needs.

We see people as people! And we want to make sure they feel heard and valued by our approach. 

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Consultant to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. You will be given the tools to generate and close your own leads and will have creative freedom in the process.


Some of the Sales Consultant duties and responsibilities include;


  • Understanding the company's brand, message, and vision.

  • Prospecting and selecting leads who fit our target audience.

  • Forming genuine human connections, ensuring our prospects receive a "boutique" experience.

  • Working closely with the prospect to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services, and recommend the right solutions.

  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service


This is a W9 position, compensation DOE. Depending on performance full-time opportunities are available.

This job will be based out of our office in Tustin, the option to work remotely due to covid is also available.
